Refund Policy

While we at Smashing Cosmetica love our products and hope you do too, we understand that there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to assist you.  Unfortunately, for your protection we cannot accept returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare, bath & body products and haircare. 

Should you be concerned or unsure of any product ingredients, colour, or which product is right for you, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. 

All other products not mentioned above, may be returned, with the original receipt, unopened and unused for an exchange or refund.

Sorry, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
